    Otolith shape: oblong;
    Posterior margin: bluntly rounded and irregular;
    Ventral margin: slightly rounded, with a central prominence and irregular;
    Excisura: moderately wide, notch shallow, angle acute;
    Antirostrum: small and pointed;
    Rostrum: short, broad and sharply rounded;
    Ventral depression: absent;
    Dorsal depression: shallow over crista, poorly defined;
    Crista inferior: poor under ostium, ridge-like under cauda;
    Crista superior: poorly developed over ostium, ridge-like over cauda;
    Collum: low;
    Ostio-caudal differentiation: separated by the collum;
    Cauda: narrow, sinuous, tip gently flexed ventrally;
    Ostium: oval, widely separated from cauda by collum;
    Pseudocolliculum: absent;
    Colliculum: heteromorph, with low anterior and indistinct posterior colliculum;
